Buyers appear serious again.

There has been a definite increase in real estate activity since Christmas.

I had a closing on one of my Holden Beach listings and I currently have a property on Oak Island under contract for a buyer client.

I am also working with several other buyer clients, some looking for permanent residence properties, others looking for second homes and/or investment properties.

If real estate sales activity were to increase in other parts of the country our activity would improve even more because many people would love to relocate and/or retire to Brunswick County, NC if they could sell their current homes.

Prices are the best they have been in several years so it definitely is the right time to shop for real estate in our area.
